Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days

  • Priority: 1–2 business days

Delays caused by carriers or weather are outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered,” LubeDrop is not responsible for loss or theft. Customers must contact the carrier directly for resolution.


4. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Used items

  • Personal care products

  • Any product that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging
